Free and easy.
We didn't want to be taken to things like factory outlets and
stuff like that. With a fair amount of homework, you can build up a
really solid customised itinerary. Istanbul is one awesome city -
lots of history/culture for me, and lots of shopping for her.
Anyway, if you're spending seven days or less in Turkey,
Istanbul itself will be enough for you. Otherwise, I suggest
expanding your trip to other parts of Turkey, such as Cappadocia
and Troy.
